About Me

My Background

Beginning as an escape from the realities of my disability as a child, art become a way for me to show the outside world the beauty of my imagination. As I got older this love never faded and when offered an apprenticeship as a tattoo artist I couldn’t resist the opportunity as a method to evolve past self set boundaries and broaden my horizons of what I consider “Art”.

My Inspiration

My inspiration comes from a myriad of sources, ranging from personal experiences of the world around us to the old masters, popular culture, music, cartoons, mems, technology, scientific discoveries, captivating stories of philosophy, spiritualism and poetry that reside within books. Even a simple conversation with a loved one or a random encounter with a stranger.

My Medium

Oil paint is a timeless medium that has captivated the art world for centuries. I use a limited palette of three primary colours plus white to crate the majority of my works, these limitations help me in my creativity and I will continue to work with-in them as long as they continue to do so. From delicate brushstrokes to bold and impasto applications, oil paint allows me to express my creativity in a unique and powerful way.
